1-day workshop, where theory and practice will alternate, in which we will introduce ourselves to the advanced management of filters in landscape photography, through practical cases and exercises, examples will be reviewed step by step, we will delve into the technique and theory. It is designed for people who work with their camera in manual functions and have a handling and knowledge of it, so that they can get the most out of their equipment and can enter the world of filters with all the necessary tools.

Module 1

  • Introduction to filters in landscape photography
  • Filters, materials and necessary equipment
  • Types of filters (neutral density, gradients, inverse, polarizer, infrared, clear night, etc.)
  • Hyperfocal distance (theoretical and practical reinforcement)
  • Camera settings
  • What filter do I need? According to my scene

Module 2

  • Use and correct exposure with neutral density filters
  • Use and correct exposure with gradient filters
  • Use and correct exposure with reverse gradient filters
  • Using filters in motion
  • Work with various filters (order, exposure and combination)
  • Use and correct exposure with the light pollution filter
  • Use and correct exposure with infrared and solar filters

Module 3

  • Color temperature (correction and choice according to my scene and filters)
